FAQs
At this time, the dental clinic is open. The eye clinic is still closed.
We have spacing stickers on the floor and plexiglass/dividers in order to maximize our social distancing and safety. We also use a check-in process which helps us monitor our capacity. We spray and wipe down spaces and high touch points with two solutions.
We now encourage masks for adults who are fully vaccinated. Masks will still be required for kids and students over the age of 2 and for those who are not yet fully vaccinated.
At this time, we are unable to make exceptions for non-compliance with our mask mandate, even for medical reasons. If wearing a mask isn’t possible for any reason, we invite you to continue to connect with us online through our virtual appointments and through our curbside food pickup.
Please notify the church and the Care Center by emailing safety@willowcreek.org and carecenter@willowcreek.org if you test positive after you have attended a service. If we have specific contact information of the infected person, we will notify those in direct contact with them.

Participation Acknowledgement
Last but not least, for the safety of all joining us, we ask that you review, acknowledge, and abide by the Willow Creek Participation Acknowledgement when attending a Willow Creek or Willow Creek Care Center service or event, which include two main points to keep in mind and abide by:
- There are inherent risks with any gathering, especially if you are considered to be in a high risk category or live with or have daily contact with anyone that is considered to be in a high risk category. I understand these risks and fully assume all responsibility.
- I understand that safety precautions are in place and I agree to abide by all guidelines communicated verbally or in writing.
