Join our Care Center Blanket Ministry to create handmade blankets and hats stitched with love for our Clothing Store guests.
Listen to our guests and offer support and next steps to those who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed by their circumstances.
Serve with the Clothing Store, preparing clothes for purchase and creating a great shopping experience for our guests.
Help refurbish used computers that are distributed to families of the Care Center and partner organizations in need.
Provide quality dental or vision care services for guests who do not have access to such services as a medical professional or administrative support.
Assist visitors in their search for employment through one-on-one counseling sessions and workshops focused on topics such as resumes and interviewing.
Volunteer in the Food Pantry, helping provide visitors with nutritious food and a positive shopping experience.
Help plant and maintain the Care Center garden, which produces beautiful produce for our full choice food pantry.
Use your skills as a nurse or medical professional to provide health screenings for Care Center visitors.
Puts guests at ease with a welcoming spirit, offer a kind and personal touch, and help guests understand how the Care Center works and the programs we offer.
Care for and play with the kids of the Care Center in the Kids Zone while their parents receive services. Our e-learning program offers personalized educational support for local, at-risk children who are distance learning and don’t have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Use your skills as an attorney to provide legal counsel and referrals for a range of legal issues, including immigration.
Serve those in incarceration and those recently released from incarceration through a variety of supportive programs.
Serve the refugee community in Chicagoland through a variety of one-time and consistent volunteer opportunities with our partner organizations.
Volunteer with the PADS program to provide shelter, food and resources to homeless individuals and families.
Use your mechanical skills to provide car inspections and repairs for struggling families as a part of the C.A.R.S. Ministry.
