If you are facing a challenging situation or you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, the Care Team would love to meet with you. Through one-on-one conversations, the Care Team can qualify guests for additional Care Center services, including the C.A.R.S. ministry and Dental & Vision Clinic; offer external resources and referrals; and provide support, encouragement, and prayer for guests.

Care Team Pre-Qualifications

 

If guests do not meet the following requirements, they will be unable to receive services from C.A.R.S. or the Dental & Vision Clinic.

C.A.R.S.

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid Illinois driver’s. license and vehicle title or registration.
  • Proof of income.
  • Vehicle must not be over 20 years old or have over 200,000 miles.

Dental & Vision Clinic

  • At least 19 years old.
  • No dental or vision insurance.
  • Proof of income.
