Help guests understand how the Care Center works and the programs we offer
The Hospitality Team exists to create a warm, comfortable environment for our guests from the moment they walk into the door. Hospitality volunteers engage with our guests in the Market Plaza and facilitate check in for services. This team is crucial to giving each person a dignifying experience at the Care Center as we strive to see each guest and meet them where they are at.
There is a great need for Language Interpretation Volunteers to use their speaking skills to help provide a dignified and friendly Care Center experience. Volunteers assist with guests when they arrive at the Welcome Kiosk, during the intake process, and when they are receiving services. Fluency in Spanish, Russian, or Polish is strongly needed.
If you are a good listener, enjoy one-on-one interactions and have the gift of hospitality, shepherding or encouragement, the Hospitality Team could be a great fit for you!
