Meet with the Care Team for resources & referrals
If you are facing a challenging situation or you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed, the Care Team would love to meet with you.
The Care Team can provide:
- A one-on-one conversation with a Care Team volunteer who will listen & offer encouragement, next steps, and prayer
- Qualification for our Vision & Dental Clinic, C.A.R.S. service, and other resources available through the Care Center
- Referrals to partner organizations and resources within the community
