Offer Support and Next Steps to Guests
The Care Team is a team of volunteers who meet one-on-one with guests to go deeper into their story and current challenges. Guests may be feeling overwhelmed by their circumstances, stuck in a complicated situation or desperate for some options. Care Team volunteers first listen to guests’ stories and then help them discern their next steps. This team offers prayer, connections to services at the Care Center and Willow Creek Community Church, as well as referrals to other services in the community.
- Care Team Volunteers: Listen to guest stories, approve guests for Care Center services, and provide referrals to external resources. Training is provided.
