Pick Up Donations From Grocery Stores
Are you looking for an opportunity to serve, but would prefer to be more behind-the-scenes? Each week, our team of gleaners picks up donations from different stores, including Jewel, Aldi, Marianos, and Gordon Food Service Store, to stock the Food Store for our guests.
Gleaner: Transport pre-arranged food donations from local grocery stores to the Care Center in trucks or personal vehicle. A CDL is not required to drive the Care Center trucks; gleaners do not need to drive. Some heavy lifting is required. Training is provided.
