First Time Guests
What to Expect
- When you arrive, please let the volunteer know this is your first time visiting.
- Please bring your cell phone (when possible), photo ID, and proof of address*. Our volunteers will help you get registered for services and guide you through any next steps.
- While you wait, a volunteer can show you around the Care Center and answer your questions.
Notes
- Walk-ins are welcomed for most services. In-person and/or phone appointments are offered for select services.
- *Documents accepted for proof of address (digital or printed): a utility bill, mortgage/bank statement, employer paystub, unemployment benefit statement, or prescription issued in the last 30 days. Proof of income is required for some services.

The Care Center is open the following dates and times:
- Tuesdays: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Thursdays: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8 a.m.-10 a.m.

Proof of income is required for some services.
Some services offer appointments while other services operate on a first come, first served basis.
- The Food Store and Clothing Store are open during Care Center hours on a first come, first served basis. Appointments are not offered.
- The Care Team, Legal Aid, and Employment Services offer both in person and phone appointments. Walk ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis but are not guaranteed an appointment.
- Visits to the C.A.R.S. Ministry and Dental & Vision Clinic require approval from the Care Team in order to qualify for these services and schedule an appointment.
The Care Center is closed for major holidays including but not limited to Christmas, Easter, the week of the 4th of July; and special events throughout the year hosted by the Care Center or Willow Creek Community Church such as the Back to School Bash or Global Leadership Summit.
