About Our Care Team

While most of our services  above are available any time during open Care Center hours, our Care Team is here to help you with:

  1. Getting qualified for a car inspection through our C.A.R.S.™ Ministry
  2. Getting qualified to be seen in our Dental and Vision Clinic
  3. Getting referrals for our partner organizations and other resources to help meet a variety of needs outside of the Care Center

Schedule an appointment to get help with any of the services listed. Walk-ins are welcome during Care Center open hours but are not guaranteed to receive an appointment.

FAQs

The Care Center is open the following dates and times:

  • Tuesdays: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 8 a.m.-10 a.m.

Please bring your cell phone (when possible), photo ID, and proof of address. Guests are required to show proof of ID and address at every visit to the Care Center.

Documents accepted for proof of address (digital or printed): a utility bill, mortgage/bank statement, employer paystub, unemployment benefit statement, or prescription issued in the last 30 days. Proof of income is required for some services.

The Care Center does close for holidays and special events throughout the year. A full list of closure dates can be found here.

The Care Center accepts both financial donations and tangible goods. Please visit the Give page for a full list of accepted donations.

The Food Store and Clothing Store are open during Care Center hours on a first come, first served basis.

Appointments are offered for Care Team, Legal Aid, and Employment Services both in person and via phone. Walk ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis.

C.A.R.S. Ministry is open Monday through Thursday. The Dental & Vision Clinic is open by appointment only. Guests are required to meet with the Care Team in advance in order to qualify for these services.
