Receive dental and vision care from doctors and professionals
The Clinic provides dental and vision care for patients, through the help of volunteer doctors and professionals.
To visit the clinic, please book an appointment with the Care Team, where a volunteer will listen to your story and assess your situation. If you are eligible, you will be pre-qualified for clinic services and able to schedule a clinic appointment.
Visiting the Dental Clinic
The Care Center Clinic provides dental and vision care for patients, through the help of volunteer doctors and professionals.
- You are qualified to use the Dental Clinic once in your lifetime. Based on your initial visit, your dental treatment plan will not exceed 18 months. After 18 months, the Dental Clinic will no longer provide dental services.
- Patients eligible for clinic services must:
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Earn 150% or below the Federal Poverty Level.
- Have no dental or vision care insurance.
- The Care Center Dental Clinic is by appointment only. Once approved by a Care Team volunteer, you will be given instructions on how to make an appointment.
- Patients must pay a $30 fee per appointment.
- If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify the clinic at least 48 hours before the time of your appointment. If you cancel a second time and do not give a 48 hour cancellation notice, you will no longer be eligible for dental services. This policy is in place to help us serve as many patients as we can.
- Dental services include an oral exam, x-rays, teeth cleaning, basic restorative services (fillings) and extractions if necessary.
