Receive Quality Dental and Vision Care
The clinic exists to provide exceptional dental and vision care services for those who do not otherwise have access to such services. Services are provided by volunteer professionals.
All requests for dental and vision services require an assessment by the Care Team to qualify. If you are eligible, you will be pre-qualified for clinic services and able to schedule a clinic appointment. To meet with the Care Team, please make an appointment below or visit the Care Center during our open hours: there are a limited number of walk-in appointments that are first come, first served.

Visiting the Clinic
Patients eligible for clinic services must:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Earn 150% or below the Federal Poverty Level.
- Have no dental or vision care insurance.
Once approved by a Care Team volunteer, guests will be given instructions on how to make an appointment. Dental services include an oral exam, x-rays, teeth cleaning, basic restorative services (fillings) and extractions if necessary. Patients must pay a $30 fee per appointment, plus additional treatment costs.
Guests are qualified to receive dental services once per lifetime. From the time of the initial visit, dental treatment plan will not exceed 18 months. After 18 months, the clinic will no longer provide dental services.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you must notify the clinic at least 48 hours before the time of your appointment. If you cancel a second time and do not give a 48 hour cancellation notice, you will no longer be eligible for dental services.
