The Care Center is partnering with Ascension Illinois to provide free, on-site access to needed health services for adults and children who are uninsured or have limited access. Services include: medical exams, pediatric care, pharmacy (prescriptions), laboratory, dental care, foot care, spiritual care, specialty care (including orthopedics, physical therapy, podiatry) or wellness support. Community resource information will be available including: diabetes, nutrition, stroke, behavioral health, public health insurance enrollment eligibility, follow-up appointments (Greater Family Health) and more.
